Ultra Luxury Social ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email, display name, city preference, marketing opt-in, avatar.
• Membership & billing data: plan, status, and payment metadata returned by our payments processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: saved events, pages viewed, device and approximate location derived from IP, for analytics and security.
• Communications: emails you send us, inquiries submitted via concierge forms.

2. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process memberships and send transactional email.
• To send The Social Brief and other marketing email only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with vetted processors that help us run the Service — hosting, database, payments, transactional email, and analytics — under contracts that restrict their use of your data.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

5. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any sale or share of personal information (we do not engage in either). 6. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
