1. Who we are

Ultra Luxury Social ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ultra Luxury Ventures. By accessing or using the website, mobile applications, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Memberships & billing

Premium memberships renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Editorial content & accuracy

Event listings, dates, venues, and access guidance are curated for editorial value. We strive for accuracy but the Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that any specific event will occur as listed or that admission can be secured.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or republish our editorial content, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Service to harass others or violate any law.

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content, brand marks, and proprietary indexes (including the Peak Weeks Index and Access Difficulty Score) are owned by Ultra Luxury Ventures and licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third-party links & venues

Listings may link to third-party sites, ticketing partners, or venues. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability offered by third parties.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
