Refund Policy

Monthly memberships

Monthly Premium memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual memberships

Annual Premium memberships may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if cancelled within the first 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, the membership is non-refundable but remains active through the end of the paid year.

Statutory rights (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already begun consuming the digital content with your express consent. Accessing members-only content (such as The Season Report or insider intel) counts as beginning consumption.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over a short window and notify you by email. Access is suspended if the payment cannot be collected.

How to request a refund

Email billing@ultraluxurysocial.com from the address on your account with the date of purchase. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
